Attorney, David Doyle has been providing legal services in Northern California for more than 25 years. The Firm primarily represents clients in business, employment, real estate, municipal, banking, environmental and appellate matters. The Firm emphasizes all aspects of civil litigation, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, trials and appeals. Each matter is assigned to an attorney for all purposes, including trial. Mr. Doyle practices in the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, Superior Courts in Northern California and for selective clients throughout the State of California.
The philosophy of the Firm is to be prudent, creative and aggressive, combined with a commitment to pursue the matter through trial and appeal, if necessary. Mr. Doyle specializes in complex civil cases, often with unique factual circumstances and novel questions of law. The firm has tried over 100 cases before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. The firm has successfully prosecuted and defended appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the First, Second, Third, Fifth and Sixth District Courts of Appeal.
